Welcome to Avartan Gurukul
We, at Avartan Gurukul felt the need to somewhere propagate and preserve the Indian art forms, probably the richest in the world, in their purest form alongside the changing trends.
This thought, coupled with a great team of likeminded people coming together has brought this unique Gurukul in to existence in the cultural and educational hub of India, Pune in Maharashtra state. The uniqueness of Avartan Gurukul is in its encompassment of multiple Indian Classical Art Forms such as Hindustani Vocal, Dhrupad Vocal, Pakhavaj, Tabla, Bharatnatyam and Kathak in the first year of operation.
The primary aim of this Gurukul is to train talented students, willing to take their art form as the main profession so that they become proficient artistes and become torch bearers of our rich cultural heritage.
